1. Client Responsibility

The work offered through The Healing Haven is a collaborative process. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and choices throughout their journey.

2. Nature of Results

Every individual's journey is unique. Progress may be non-linear and can unfold in different areas of life, relationships, and personal wellbeing. Experiences and outcomes vary, and specific results cannot be guaranteed.

3. Bookings, Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. One reschedule is permitted per booking. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and genuine cases of late cancellation will be considered individually. Missed appointments without prior communication are non-refundable.
